Hi, I’m Kristyn. With over 30 years of experience in mental health—as a clinician, administrator, and collaborator with other wellness professionals—I bring a grounded, no-nonsense approach to our work together. Life’s challenges can be messy and complex, and I’m here to walk alongside you through the real moments. I believe that you’re the expert on your life, while I bring expertise in mental and emotional health. Together, we’ll be a powerful team, tackling the stresses of being human.

In our sessions, we’ll dig into your strengths, values, feelings, culture, and goals to craft an achievable path forward. I don’t subscribe to toxic positivity—sometimes life is tough, and I respect that. My approach is rooted in evidence-based treatments that work for anxiety, depression, relationship and parenting struggles, and even the unique stresses therapists face.

Elise McNulty, LMSW, PMH-C

Hi, I’m Elise. I’m a social worker with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field, working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, and women’s issues. In recent years, I’ve focused on helping adults build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I am trained and certified in Perinatal Mental Health, supporting individuals and families through preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum challenges, including postpartum depression, anxiety, and the emotional adjustments of becoming a parent. I am committed to helping new parents navigate these transitions with care and understanding.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you identify the tools that work for you and guide you in applying them in a way that fits your unique needs.

Mindfulness is a cornerstone of my approach. I’m certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), which helps individuals manage stress and build emotional resilience. I’m passionate about helping others incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives for greater peace and balance.
